On the slopes of the Suaza River, within the mountainous heart of southwestern Colombia, Luis Guzman proudly continues family tradition on his third-generation coffee farm, El Diviso. Growing up surrounded by the craft of coffee production, Guzman has embraced the legacy passed down from his father and grandfather. Over a decade ago, he purchased the family farm, and has since dedicated himself to enhancing the quality of his coffee. The passion and dedication he pours into his farm are evident in each cup.
This washed coffee undergoes a 36-hour fermentation before being dried on raised beds. Luis Guzman is a bright and sparkling coffee with notes of ripe mango, white grape, and shortbread.
