This blend was sourced and roasted for exceptional balance, highlighting direct trade coffees from Latin America.  The complexity keeps us coming back while maintaining heavy body and sweetness resulting in a smooth, rich cup.

Coffee is seasonal so the lots going into this blend rotate to ensure quality and freshness.  For this coffee we're primarily sourcing from top tier growing communities in Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Expect a rich and balanced cup that also layers in complex sweetness and fruit notes.
