Named for the family farm of Willian Abad, Finca El Pino comes to us from Zamora Chinchipe, a renowned coffee-growing region in the lush Amazon basin of southeastern Ecuador. One of the first areas in the country to cultivate coffee, Zamora Chinchipe carries a deep tradition of knowledge and craftsmanship passed down through generations.
Finca El Pino reflects that legacy. Willian Abad inherited both the farm and his passion for coffee from his parents, and over the past decade has transformed the farm’s focus toward producing exceptional specialty coffees. Together with his family, he works tirelessly to maintain outstanding quality while protecting the surrounding ecosystem — prioritizing the preservation of native wildlife and the prevention of deforestation.
This coffee is fully washed before being shade dried for 15 days. Finca El Pino is a crisp and sweet cup with notes of Meyer lemon, honeydew, and black tea.
