La Esperanza

In northern Nicaragua, outside of the village of Las Nubes, lies La Esperanza (transl. The Hope). This coffee farm, rich with abundant water resources and ideal weather conditions, fulfills producer Santos Rodriguez’s dream of producing specialty coffee that represents the best Nicaragua has to offer. To Rodriguez, coffee has cultivated a desire to “get better every day”, and has spent over a decade experimenting with his production to continually increase the quality of his crop. 

This natural coffee spends 15 days drying in-cherry. La Esperanza is a smooth and sweet cup with notes of strawberry jam, honey, and milk chocolate.
