This wonderfully balanced profile is the result of processing experiments allowing the coffee to spend more time in cherry form before being pulped, washed, and given a submerged fermentation for 20-30 hours underwater. La Conserva has delicious layers of stone fruit notes that are complimented by rich and smooth chocolate notes.
You can quickly rehydrate a delicious cup with 8-10 ounces of hot water or milk. If your adventure is a warm one you can shake it into ice water to make a cool & refreshing coffee.
